Prime Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control services in Huntsville, Alabama and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to:
Service agreements are established at the time of scheduling. We offer:
Promotional pricing (including the $17.76 first service special) is valid for new customers only, one per household, and may be discontinued without prior notice.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $50 service fee. Emergency cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of treatment. We will re-treat the affected area at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific pest treated, under normal conditions, and does not cover new infestations from external sources.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our technicians to perform services. You must disclose any known hazards or special conditions on your property. Our technicians reserve the right to decline service in unsafe conditions.
By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Prime Pest Control including service reminders, updates, and promotional messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard carrier rates may apply. This consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any service.
Prime Pest Control's liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing pest infestations, structural damage already present, or circumstances beyond our control. We carry general liability insurance; please request a certificate of insurance if required.
While we strive for complete pest elimination, we cannot guarantee 100% eradication in all cases, particularly for severe or ongoing infestations. Results depend on environmental conditions, cooperation of the property owner, and other factors outside our control.
We use EPA-registered pesticides applied by licensed technicians. We will provide product information and safety data sheets upon request. You agree to follow all post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians to ensure safety and treatment effectiveness.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in Madison County, Alabama.
